The World Federation of Diamond Bourses' global congress returns to Singapore after a 38-year absence (the first time since 1988), at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay — the same venue as in 1988. Billed as a "Davos of diamonds", hosted by the Diamond Exchange of Singapore: five panels on the natural diamond value chain, opening ceremony on 13 July.
