Alain Ducasse's restaurant in the former Grand Contrôle building, at the heart of the Versailles estate: the 'Festin Royal' reinterprets royal recipes with period-style service (the 'Le Grand Festin' menu at around EUR 300). An ideal pairing with Saturday's Grandes Eaux Nocturnes or the 14 July evening. The 'Grand Banquet' (dinner-show) takes place only a few times a year, with July dates not documented.
