Two unique evenings each year (July 29 and August 19, 2026): a three-course gourmet dinner by Catering Robuchon Monaco in the French garden of the Belle Époque palace of Baroness Béatrice Ephrussi de Rothschild, followed by telescope observation of the planets and stars and a nighttime illumination of the gardens.
Villa et Jardins Ephrussi de Rothschild, owned by the Académie des beaux-arts (Institut de France), managed by Culturespaces.
A paid event requiring mandatory reservation (very limited capacity, only two dates a year). Book online at villa-ephrussi.com (Nocturnes de la Villa section) or by phone at the main reception on 04 93 01 45 90 (number published on the official Contact Us page). No exact rate is published in the sources consulted at the time of writing: to be confirmed directly when booking.
A few hundred meters from Baroness Ephrussi's palace, the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula rounds off the evening with a stay worthy of the occasion: a palace hotel facing the open sea, a starred table led by one of the house's chefs, and the next day a walk along the customs officers' path to prolong the vertiginous feeling of the gardens overlooking the sea. A distillation of the Riviera's most discreet peninsula, between Belle Époque heritage and unspoiled nature.
