On 26 August 2026, the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel Amalfi Coast, hosts the August edition of the Ditirambo Nights, a dinner event born from a culinary twinning between Ravello and Gioi Cilento: Cilento producers and the house's cuisine engage in dialogue through a menu designed for the occasion, on the terrace suspended 350 metres above the sea. The name, drawn from the ancient Greek dithyramb celebrating wine and the table, sums up the spirit of the evening: knowing conviviality and exceptional produce. An understated gourmet gathering, far from the bustle of the festival's grand stages yet just as rooted in Ravello's discreet luxury.
