Les Caves du Roy (Hôtel Byblos) — summer season, open every evening in July
The legendary Saint-Tropez nightclub (since 1967), open every evening from Friday 26 June to Saturday 29 August 2026, with resident DJ Jack.E and international guests. A celebrity rendezvous after the peninsula's dinners. Confirmed calendar: weekends in spring, then daily opening at the height of summer.

How to get in
Hôtel Byblos — Les Caves du Roy, an establishment of the family-owned Floirat Signatures group (Groupe Floirat)
No invitation to secure: paid entry filtered by the doorman. The royal route: book a table via the online module at lescavesduroy.com, by telephone or through the Byblos concierge (staying at the hotel makes entry considerably easier). Minimums are not officially published; specialist guides cite ~1 500 EUR on weekdays, ~10 000 EUR for 10 people, up to 30 000 EUR for the royal tables in August. Book at least a month in advance for July-August. Elegant attire required.

What to experience
- Club 55, plage privée de Pampelonne — Pampelonne's legendary private beach since 1955 (43 Bd Patch, Ramatuelle). Wild-caught fish and lunches with your feet in the sand — the most iconic seaside address on the peninsula. Open daily, 10 am–5 pm.
