Olympic Yacht Show 2026
Greece's leading in-water boat show returns to the Olympic Marine marina, at the tip of Attica, for four days of yachts moored along the pontoons. Organised by ONDECK Media, publisher of Skipper ONDECK, it is the autumn gathering of Hellenic yachting: owners, shipyards, brokers and charterers from the eastern Mediterranean meet here after the Cyclades season, the fifth edition having been held in 2025.

The turnkey stay
For four days, Olympic Marine — one of the best-equipped marinas in the Mediterranean, at the south-eastern tip of Attica — puts its fleet in the water: motor yachts, sailing yachts and catamarans discovered in their element, pontoons underfoot. The October gathering is where Greek yachting meets, some ten kilometres from Cape Sounion and its temple of Poseidon. You come to step aboard, then you weigh anchor: Kea is three hours' sailing away, and the Cyclades begin there.

- Grecotel Cape Sounio — A 5-star resort set facing the temple of Poseidon, on the Athens-Sounion road, ten minutes from the port of Lavrio — the address closest to the show. Where to dine
- Pelagos, Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens — One Michelin star awarded in 2021, under chef Luca Piscazzi. Mediterranean cuisine turned towards the sea and seasonal produce, on the Vouliagmeni peninsula — at the far end of the Athenian Riviera, a good hour's drive back up the coast from Lavrio. Dinner only, Monday to Saturday, from 7pm.
- Patio, The Margi Hotel, Vouliagmeni — One Michelin star and a Green Star, just nine tables, in the patio of The Margi hotel in Vouliagmeni. Chef Panagiotis Giakalis serves contemporary Greek cuisine built on produce from the house's organic farm. Dinner Tuesday to Sunday, 7pm to 10.30pm. Like Pelagos, it is an evening to plan for: Vouliagmeni is at the opposite end of the Riviera from Lavrio.
What to experience
- Navigation privée vers les Cyclades, base Istion Yachting Lavrio — A charter base set on the port of Lavrio itself (Akti Andreas Papandreou), half an hour from Athens airport: recent sailing yachts and catamarans, bareboat or with a skipper. From there, Kea is three hours' sailing away, followed by Kythnos, Serifos, Sifnos and Milos. The temple of Poseidon can also be reached by sea.
- Spa de Cape Sounio, programme « Elevations of Wellness » — The resort's redesigned spa and the holistic programme devised by osteopath Vicky Vlachonis, structured in four progressive levels of treatment.
