Summer 2026 gastronomic pop-up confirmed by several sources: 'Hatsune Ronin' summer residency by Tokyo sushi master Katsu Nakaji (Hatsunezushi, Tokyo; featured at Ronin in Milan), an Edomae omakase menu built around Sardinian fishing, in partnership with Perrier-Jouet champagne. Nakaji is present in person during the first days.
