A special evening staged by the Fondazione Taormina Arte Sicilia to mark fifty years of prose theatre at the Teatro Antico, with the presentation of the Premio Internazionale Fondazione Taormina Arte Sicilia per il Teatro, in the Greek amphitheatre suspended above the Ionian Sea, facing Etna. It forms part of the 2026 season of the music, theatre and dance sections, directed by Simona Celi around the theme "Zeitgeist", under the superintendency of Felice Panebianco.
Line-up : Fondazione Taormina Arte Sicilia; artistic direction Simona Celi, superintendent Felice Panebianco, extraordinary commissioner Bernardo Campo. The winner of the international prize is announced by the foundation.
