The turnkey stay
Sanctum opens its nights from 00:00 to 06:00, Wednesday to Sunday, from 21 June to 1 September 2026, on chemin des Matarane: the tipping point of a day that begins far earlier. The stay is set on the ridges of Ramatuelle, minutes from the club, among umbrella pines and garrigue with a due-south view over the bay — late rising, spa, lunch with your feet in the sand at Pampelonne, a cru classé rosé cellar in the late afternoon, a starred table at nightfall. The club is not the outing of the stay, it is its final act: you arrive after dinner, on foot or by chauffeured car, and you are back in bed ten minutes later.
Where to stay
- La Réserve Ramatuelle, Hôtel, Spa & Villas — Five stars, 736 chemin des Crêtes in Ramatuelle, on the heights facing the bay: 8 rooms, 19 suites with terrace and 14 private villas with garden and pool. An 800 m² Spa Nescens devoted to wellbeing, fitness and beauty treatments. The closest base to Sanctum, a few minutes' drive away, and the only address of the stay that also houses its own two-starred table.
- Airelles Saint-Tropez, Château de la Messardière — A five-star palace perched above Saint-Tropez, at the heart of a 13-hectare park of umbrella pines and cypresses, with the bay of Pampelonne on the horizon. Turrets, domes and arcades, rooms and suites, five restaurants and a 1000 m² Valmont spa (adults-only indoor pool, nine treatment rooms, hammam, sauna, fitness). It joined the Airelles collection in 2019 and reopened after a complete renovation in 2021.
Where to dine
- La Voile, La Réserve Ramatuelle — Two stars in the Guide MICHELIN 2026 and the closest fine-dining table to the club. Chef Eric Canino signs a Mediterranean cuisine of great lightness, built around fish, olive oil and the fruit, vegetables and herbs from the house kitchen garden. Served in the evening beneath the white sails of the terrace, facing the Mediterranean. 736 chemin des Crêtes, Ramatuelle — booking essential, including for non-residents.
- La Vague d'Or, Cheval Blanc St-Tropez — Three MICHELIN stars and 19/20 in the Gault&Millau for Arnaud Donckele, trained under Michel Guérard and Alain Ducasse, three-starred since 2013. An obsessive reading of Mediterranean fish and of the sauces that have become his signature. Dinner only, from 19:30 to 21:30, closed on Wednesday — precisely the night off that precedes the Sanctum nights. About fifteen minutes from Ramatuelle.
What to experience
- Déjeuner au Club 55, plage de Pampelonne — The Pampelonne institution since 1955, 43 boulevard Patch in Ramatuelle, a few hundred metres from the club. Lunch from 12:15 until around 16:00, sun loungers on the sand, the house philosophy unchanged. 2026 season: Friday 27 March to Sunday 1 November. Table reservation by telephone only (+33 4 94 55 55 55), to be arranged some fifteen days ahead in high season.
- Visite et dégustation au Château Minuty, Gassin — A Côtes de Provence cru classé since 1955, 110 hectares of vines in the Gassin valley facing the gulf of Saint-Tropez, and one of the last estates in Provence still harvesting by hand. Guided tour of the cellar and vineyard lasting about an hour and a half, followed by a tasting, by reservation. Open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. Ten minutes from Ramatuelle: the rosé you will find again that same evening at your table in the club.
