On August 15, the absolute peak of the Greek season, the Qurio rooftop at Nikki Beach Porto Heli hosts the Athenian DJ duo Second Story, billed by the house as world rhythms and immersive sounds beneath the August sky. The resort is the Greek anchor of the Saint-Tropez and Saint-Barth beach-club brand, set in the most sheltered bay of the Peloponnese, facing the yachts at anchor off Porto Heli.

- Patralis Fish Tavern — The institution of Spetses, founded in 1935 by "Uncle Panos", a fisherman of the island, and still family-run: his son Vasilis and his grandsons Argyris and Nikos. Fresh fish of the day, lobster and slipper lobster, fried calamari, moussaka, saganaki. In Kounoupitsa, open from noon to midnight all year except November and December; booking strongly advised in high summer. Reached from the Kosta pier, next to Porto Heli, in a few minutes by water taxi.
- Orloff Restaurant — An emblematic table of the Old Harbour of Spetses, established since 1991 in the neoclassical building that housed the island's first harbourmaster's office in 1802. The season runs until August 31; check exact dates on the official programme, as changes and cancellations are announced over the summer. Entry to the theatre is forbidden once the performance has begun, except at the interval: so you arrive early — which, at Epidaurus, is the best part of the programme.
