The gastronomic rendezvous that opens the season: Michelin-starred guest chefs in the island's palace hotels for four-hands dinners, masterclasses, a gourmet village and competitions. Organized by the Territorial Tourism Committee of Saint-Barthélemy. The 13th edition (9–15 Nov. 2026) promises an increased number of guest chefs. This is the event that launches the high season and draws the palace-hotel clientele before the holidays.
