84th Golden Globe Awards
The ceremony opens awards season, broadcast live on CBS and streaming on Paramount+, with Nikki Glaser hosting for the third year running. It is traditionally held in the grand ballroom of the Beverly Hilton, home to every recent edition including the 83rd; the venue for the 2027 edition has not yet been the subject of a separate official confirmation. Unlike other ceremonies, the Golden Globes are held as a seated dinner, which makes it the most social night of January in Beverly Hills.

The organisation does not sell individual tickets and the tables are bought by the studios and partners. No public purchase channel is documented; any offer of a seat sold to a private individual should be treated as suspect.
The turnkey stay
On Sunday 10 January 2027, the Beverly Hilton switches back on the spotlights it has trained on Hollywood since 1961: the 84th Golden Globe Awards, live on CBS and streaming on Paramount+, with Nikki Glaser back as host after her acclaimed 2025 and 2026 turns — a third consecutive year. It is the only major evening of awards season lived seated at a table, glass in hand, rather than in rows of seats. And it all plays out at the corner of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards, where the two neighbouring palace hotels and the Rodeo Drive counter sit within a stone's throw of each other — while the next day's helicopter takes off from Van Nuys.

- Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills — Immediately next door to the Beverly Hilton, at 9850 Wilshire Boulevard: you can walk to the red carpet. Distinguished by the Forbes Travel Guide 2026, the hotel is home to the La Prairie Spa (massages, facials, rituals of 60 to 120 minutes; services until 7 pm) and the Salon de Lucy. Rooftop pool open daily from 9 am to 6 pm, rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows and vast terraces, with views over Beverly Hills, the Santa Monica Mountains and the Hollywood Hills. Two in-house tables: Baldi, a Tuscan steakhouse from chef Edoardo "Edo" Baldi, with wine cellar, terrace and private rooms; and Gemma, pan-Asian cuisine on the 12th floor, on the roof, facing the city. Lobby Lounge for a drink. Rodeo Drive is about a twelve-minute walk away.
- The Peninsula Beverly Hills — At 9882 South Santa Monica Boulevard, on the same Wilshire / Santa Monica junction as the Beverly Hilton — a few minutes' walk from the red carpet. Tropical gardens, standalone villas, and the "Peninsula Time" formula: arrival from 6 am, departure until 10 pm, at no extra charge. On the roof, a 60-foot outdoor pool with whirlpool, panoramic views over Los Angeles and Century City, and ten private cabanas (eight standard, two deluxe). Three in-house addresses under executive chef Luis Cuadra: The Belvedere, a European brasserie with Californian inspiration on the ground floor (note, closed for dinner on Sunday and Monday — hence on Globes night); The Roof Garden, produce-driven Californian cooking, open daily from 7 am to 9 pm on the 5th floor; and The Living Room for afternoon tea. Where to dine
- Miura — On the first floor of 218 North Rodeo Drive, in the space Urasawa occupied for nearly twenty years — some fifteen minutes' walk from the Beverly Hilton. Executive chef Derek Wilcox, trained for seven years at Kikunoi in Kyoto (three Michelin stars) and presented by the house as the first and only Westerner to have completed a full kaiseki apprenticeship in Japan, serves an 18-course edomae omakase menu at $320 per person (excluding tax, service and drinks). A tiny counter, open only three evenings a week, Thursday to Saturday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm: to be slotted in before or after the ceremony, not on Sunday evening. Reservation with a 50% deposit, deducted from the bill.
- Spago Beverly Hills — Wolfgang Puck's institution, at 176 North Canon Drive, right in the golden triangle of Beverly Hills — some fifteen minutes' walk from the Beverly Hilton: born on the Sunset Strip in 1982, established here since 1997, it is the chef's flagship. In the kitchen, executive chef Areg Avanessian holds the house's Californian line — market produce, a menu redrawn with the seasons, an open kitchen, an award-winning wine programme. Closed Monday; open Sunday from 5 pm to 9:30 pm, so playable on Globes night itself. Booking essential in the week of the ceremony.
