For summer 2026, Dior has reopened its entirely reimagined Saint-Tropez boutique (rue François Sibilli), featuring Café Dior and the seasonal Monsieur Dior restaurant entrusted to triple-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco — the second Monsieur Dior in France after avenue Montaigne. A note on the menus: 'Déjeuner de Soleil' (3 courses or à la carte) at lunch, 'Clair de Lune' (5 courses) at dinner.
