KITZ-RACE-Club — 87th Hahnenkamm-Rennen
The 87th Hahnenkamm-Rennen run from 18 to 24 January 2027, with the race weekend falling from Friday 22 to Sunday 24. Set right at the finish area of the Streif, the KITZ-RACE-Club is the most exclusive lounge of those three days: private seated grandstand, indoor lounges and fine-dining table, with access granted in advance by the organiser only. On Saturday evening 23 January, the club throws its own party, the KITZRACEParty, extended by a LATENIGHTTicket into the small hours.
Line-up : Club organisation and sales: WWP Weirather-Wenzel & Partner (WWP Group); races organised by the Kitzbüheler Ski Club. The same house is behind the KITZ-CHARITY-Trophy of Hahnenkamm week, whose two race directors are Bernie Ecclestone and Carmelo Ezpeleta, with Burghard Hummel as co-founder.

WWP Weirather-Wenzel & Partner (WWP Group), which produces and markets the KITZ-RACE-Club; the races themselves are organised by the Kitzbüheler Ski Club.

The turnkey stay
From 22 to 24 January 2027, the Streif reopens for the 87th edition of the Hahnenkamm: Streifalm Super-G on Friday at 11:30, Streif downhill on Saturday at 11:30, Ganslern slalom on Sunday (10:30 and 13:30). At the KITZ-RACE-Club, the race's official VIP club set in the finish area, you follow the Zielschuss at the closest possible range, among skiing legends, executives and faces of the international jet set — atmosphere, table and service worthy of the event. Come evening, Kitzbühel shifts gear: public bib draw, prize-giving ceremonies and celebration in the heart of the Gamsstadt, before the night runs on in the clubs of the Vorderstadt.

- Relais & Châteaux Hotel Tennerhof — Five-star Relais & Châteaux, just 39 rooms and suites, Griesenauweg 26 in Kitzbühel: the view looks straight onto the Hahnenkamm and the Streif. A family house since 1929, with garden park, Spa de Charme (indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam bath, massages and treatments), the Tennerhof fine-dining restaurant and Römerhof Stüberl; the centre is about fifteen minutes' walk away.
- Schlosshotel Kitzbühel — Five-star in Kitzbühel itself (Ried Kaps 7), beside its small lake and the 9-hole Kaps golf course. Momentum Spa — voted Austria's Best Resort Spa at the World Spa Awards 2025 — with indoor and outdoor pools facing the mountains, panoramic sauna, steam bath, relaxation rooms and a fitness/yoga studio. On the dining side: the DAS Kaps grill-steakhouse and its lakeside terrace, the Rōzu Sushi Lounge and the STREIF restaurant. Where to dine
- Les Deux Kitzbühel, Brasserie & Bar — One star in the MICHELIN Guide 2026, claimed by the house itself. Brasserie and bar led by chef Marc Fröhlich, the alpine version of the Munich address Les Deux by Fabrice Kieffer. Franz-Reisch-Straße 7, right in the centre, a few minutes' walk from the foot of the Hahnenkamm. Open Sunday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday from 16:00, Saturday from 13:00; closed Wednesday.
- Neuwirt Restaurant — The restaurant of the Schwarzer Adler hotel, Florianigasse 15, steps from the Vorderstadt. In the kitchen, Jürgen Kleinhappl, once Austria's youngest starred chef, supported in the dining room by sommelier Martina Feyrsinger. Regional, seasonal cooking: Tyrolean specialities, fish, grilled cuts of beef and vegetarian plates, served in the main room, on the terrace or in four wood-panelled stuben.
What to experience
- Survol privé de la Streif en hélicoptère, Kitz-Air — Kitz-Air GmbH, an operator based at the Erpfendorf heliport at the gates of Kitzbühel: private flights for up to five passengers in an AS 350 B3+/B3e, over the Hahnenkamm and the Streif, the Wilder Kaiser, the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Grossglockner. The fleet also includes a Sokol PZL W-3A and a Super Puma, and the company handles VIP and taxi flights — the most elegant way to arrive and leave during race week. - La Weißwurstparty du Stanglwirt — Traditionally on the Friday of Hahnenkamm week (2027 date to be confirmed with the organiser), the Stanglwirt, in Going am Wilden Kaiser, turns its Lipizzaner riding arena into the most sought-after of alpine parties: around 2,800 guests, a stage set up in the arena, live concerts, champions and celebrities. More than thirty years of tradition and the only major event of Hahnenkamm week organised by a family. Dress code owned with pride: "Trachtig is prachtig" — dirndl and lederhosen.
