Nammos Baja Sardinia — 2026 beach club season (new opening)
Nammos' first Sardinian outpost — the jet-set beach-club brand born at Psarou (Mykonos) and since rolled out to Dubai, Cannes and Limassol. A restaurant at the water's edge between granite boulders and the Tyrrhenian Sea, Mediterranean sharing plates, magnums of champagne, and a mood that drifts from sun-drenched lunch to festive late tables. The same see-and-be-seen DNA as Nammos Mykonos.
Line-up : World-class DJ line-up announced for the 2026 Phi Beach/Nammos season: Black Coffee, Peggy Gou, Jamie Jones, Damian Lazarus, Claptone, Michael Bibi, Seth Troxler, Bob Sinclar, Kungs, Argy, Themba, among others. International superyacht and jet-set crowd.

The turnkey stay
Baja Sardinia is the Costa Smeralda stripped of Porto Cervo's protocol: wind-sculpted granite blocks, a sea that turns turquoise at the very first cove, and the La Maddalena archipelago resting on the horizon. Nammos settles in for the season beneath the rocks of Phi Beach — sun lounger and lunch at the water's edge until 18:00, then a dinner that slips gently into the night until 01:00. All around, a quarter of an hour is enough to go from the coast's only starred table to a Vermentino cellar lost in the Gallura maquis.

Where to dine
- Italo Bassi ConFusion Restaurant, Porto Cervo — The only Michelin star in Porto Cervo and in the whole Costa Smeralda, confirmed in the 2026 Italy guide. Italo Bassi, forty years in the trade, presides over an open kitchen on the Promenade du Port, facing the old harbour (Via Aga Khan 1, 07021 Porto Cervo). Two tasting menus — the house classics or the new creations, in several lengths — or à la carte, with oysters, caviar and the day's catch served in their purest form. 2026 season: 23 April to 29 September. Reservations +39 340 120 9574 or info@confusion-restaurant.com. About 20 minutes from Baja Sardinia.
- Matsuhisa at Cala di Volpe, Hotel Cala di Volpe, a Luxury Collection Hotel — Nobu Matsuhisa's Sardinian outpost, inside the legendary Costa Smeralda hotel designed by Jacques Couëlle (Porto Cervo, about 20 minutes from Baja Sardinia). Japanese precision with Peruvian accents — black cod with miso, tiradito — facing the bay of Cala di Volpe. The house also holds the open-air Barbecue beside one of the largest seawater pools in the Mediterranean, plus Beefbar and Le Grand for Sardinian and Italian cuisine. Book through the hotel concierge.
What to experience
- Vigne Surrau, cave et dégustation en Gallura (Arzachena) — A contemporary-architecture winery on the S.P. Porto Cervo–Arzachena, km 1, about 10 minutes from Baja Sardinia. Founded in 2000, the estate spans 50 hectares of vines across 7 zones of the Arzachena district: Vermentino and Cannonau to the fore, rounded out by passiti and a classic-method sparkling. The visit runs from a walk through the vines to grasp the Gallura terroir, to a tour of the cantina from harvest to bottling, a contemporary art exhibition, then a tasting of five wines with Sardinian breads, cheeses and charcuterie. By reservation (info@surrau.it, +39 0789 82933). Open late in summer: 10:00–22:00 in July, 10:00–23:00 in August.
- Parc National de l'Archipel de La Maddalena, journée en mer — Sardinia's first national park (1994): more than 60 islands, 180 km of coastline, over 20,000 protected hectares of land and sea, directly opposite Baja Sardinia. On the programme, depending on the wind: Budelli and its pink beach, Spargi, Santa Maria, Razzoli, Caprera and Santo Stefano. Departures by gozzo or private yacht from Baja Sardinia, Cannigione or Palau, 15–25 minutes from the hotels. Anchorages and landings are regulated by the Ente Parco (Via Giulio Cesare 7, La Maddalena, +39 0789 790211): the itinerary is set the day before according to the weather and the permits in force.
