On 1 October 2026, New York City Ballet turns the David H. Koch Theater into a runway: Ruinart champagne cocktails from 17:30, three world premieres — Jennifer Archibald, Alysa Pires and a pas de deux by Justin Peck costumed by Simone Rocha — then dinner and dancing on the theatre's Promenade, beneath the chandeliers of Lincoln Center. The Fall Fashion Gala, sponsored by Wells Fargo for the sixth consecutive year, remains the evening where New York fashion and dance become one — black tie, designer gowns and the company's principals on the same stage. The perfect round trip for anyone who knows how to pair Manhattan with autumn.

- Mandarin Oriental, New York — Perched on floors 35 to 54 of the Deutsche Bank Center on Columbus Circle, a few minutes' walk from Lincoln Center. Sweeping views over Central Park and the Hudson, an exceptional spa and a 23-metre indoor pool: the address closest to the gala, so you can walk back in evening dress.

What to experience
- Transfert hélicoptère BLADE JFK, Manhattan — A five-minute flight between JFK and the Manhattan heliports, private lounges at departure and a car to the terminal: the only way to arrive at the gala without ever meeting a New York traffic jam.
- Visite des coulisses du Metropolitan Opera — On the same plaza as the Koch Theater, the Met opens its scenery workshops, rehearsal rooms and dressing rooms on official guided tours of about 75 minutes. The schedule depends on rehearsals (some weekday afternoons at 15:00): book ahead, ideally the day before or the afternoon of the gala if a tour is scheduled.
