The palace designed by Jacques Garcia, renowned for its stables of purebred Arabian horses, places each year-end under a theme ("timeless celebrations" in 2025): a gala dinner with menus by Jean-François Piège (lobster, caviar, beef Wellington), a jazz ambiance, then a garden party on 1 January with an equestrian show in the gardens. A more discreet address than La Mamounia yet highly prized by a Franco-international jet-set clientele. The 2026-27 programme has not been published — an annual tradition documented by the specialised local press.
