Sass Café Monte-Carlo — the celebrity dinner-club (summer nights)
A Monegasque institution since 1993, Sass is the intimate dinner-show where live musicians and then a DJ tip the meal into a dance floor until dawn. Hushed decor and a highly international crowd — the star address of avenue Princesse Grace. A table to be booked: one of the rare tangible ways into the Riviera's "private villa / celebrity" atmosphere.
Line-up : Celebrity clientele documented only anecdotally (no guaranteed appearance and no announced headliner on any given night); Sass is a jet-set dinner-club, not an event with a dated star line-up.

Direct reservation by telephone (at least 24 hours ahead), via the official site sasscafe.com or through the SevenRooms platform; dinner from 20:30, then live musicians and DJ until around 03:00.
The turnkey stay
On avenue Princesse Grace, the Monegasque summer runs in reverse: you dine late, dance on the tables at Sass' Café until first light, then slip back to a suite a few steps away, facing Larvotto. The day is repaired with warm seawater and essential oils, before setting out again in style for a starred table and two kilometres of grand-cru racks carved into the rock since 1874. A short, dense, perfectly choreographed stay where everything is done on foot or three minutes by car.

- Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort — 40 avenue Princesse Grace, steps from Sass' Café: 4 hectares of gardens on the peninsula, a sand-bottomed lagoon, SPA Clarins & myBlend and uninterrupted sea views. The most obvious address for walking home after the night.
- Le Méridien Beach Plaza — 22 avenue Princesse Grace, immediate neighbour of Sass' Café and the only hotel on the bay of Monte-Carlo with its own private beach, with indoor and outdoor pools and 24-hour service, two minutes from the Grimaldi Forum.

- Blue Bay Marcel Ravin (2 étoiles Michelin) — At the Monte-Carlo Bay, 40 avenue Princesse Grace: the Creole-Mediterranean cooking of Marcel Ravin, the hotel's organic kitchen garden and fish sourced under the Mr Goodfish charter. Dinner Tuesday to Saturday, 19:30-21:30 — perfect before crossing the avenue to Sass'.
- Le Louis XV, Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris (3 étoiles Michelin) — Place du Casino: the monument of the Riviera since 1987, Mediterranean cuisine by Alain Ducasse and Emmanuel Pilon, pastry by Sandro Micheli. Dinner Tuesday to Saturday 19:30-21:15, jacket required all year round.

- Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo, spa & récupération — 2 avenue de Monte-Carlo: 6,600 m² facing the Mediterranean, a 25 m seawater pool heated to 29°C and drawn from 37 metres down, sauna, hammam, bespoke protocols with therapists, a doctor and a nutritionist. The best antidote to a Monegasque summer night.
- Monte-Carlo Beach Club, plage privée et piscine olympique — An institution of the bay since 1928: cabanas and a pontoon on the private beach, an Art Deco Olympic seawater pool heated to 28°C, paddleboarding and kayaking, four restaurants including Elsa. Open mid-April to October, 09:00-20:00 at the height of summer.
