The turnkey stay
Three days in the light of the peninsula: waking up facing the bay from the heights of Ramatuelle, barefoot lunch on the sand at Pampelonne, a siesta in the shade of pines and vines. Once night falls, Verde Beach picks up the thread of the beach — music, salt and open sky — a few cabanas from your lunch table. In between: the cellar of a Cru Classé de Provence, a three-starred table and a spa to set the body back to summer time.

- La Réserve Ramatuelle, Hôtel, Spa & Villas — Five-star hotel perched on the garrigue of Ramatuelle, facing the bay: rooms, suites and private villas, a vast spa, the starred restaurant La Voile and a private beach on Pampelonne. The most natural base from which to radiate out to Verde Beach, a few minutes away by car.
- Airelles Saint-Tropez, Château de la Messardière — Palace hotel set in a 19th-century château, at the heart of a 12-hectare park overlooking the gulf, at the gateway to Saint-Tropez. Ceremonial suites, Valmont spa, several restaurants and a concierge service cut out for Saint-Tropez nights.
Where to dine
- La Vague d'Or, Cheval Blanc St-Tropez — The peninsula's three-starred table, under the direction of Arnaud Donckele: signature sauces, jus and infusions, terrace opening onto the bay of Bouillabaisse. A gala dinner to be booked very far in advance for high season.
- Le Club 55 — The Pampelonne institution since 1955, a few cabanas from Verde Beach: lunch barefoot in the sand, vegetables and olive oil from Domaine des Bouis, daytime service only (approx. 10:00-17:00). Booking essential in July and August.
What to experience
- Château Minuty, visite du caveau et dégustation (Gassin) — A Cru Classé de Provence ten minutes from Pampelonne: guided tour of the cellars and the vines followed by a tasting in the cellar, open all season. The rosé of the peninsula at the source, before the evening service.
- Byblos Spa by Sisley, Saint-Tropez — A sanctuary of marble and precious woods at the heart of the Byblos, with hammam, sauna and water area ahead of the treatments, signature rituals and massages developed with Sisley. The ideal recovery morning after a night on the beach (day pass / spa pass available).
