It is the most accessible door of the week. At Christie's, the Magnificent Jewels sale is held on 10 November 2026, in a saleroom yet to be announced; the public pre-sale exhibition, traditionally free and open to all, usually takes place at the Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues, 33 quai des Bergues, with the venue, dates and hours still to be confirmed by the house.
Bidding costs nothing in itself: no paid ticket is required, only a free registration, with an online account, ID, proof of address and a registered payment method. Two caveats, however. For lots of very high value, Christie's may require a financial guarantee or a per-lot deposit, the amount of which will be published with the sale catalogue.
