The only published benchmark is La Mamounia's: for the 2025 edition, New Year's Eve ranged from 4,200 to 8,000 Moroccan dirhams (MAD) per person depending on the dining room chosen; rates for December 31, 2026 are yet to be released. Everywhere else, the gala dinner is a paid event but its price is not posted: you ask for it directly.
At the Gstaad Palace, whose winter season opens on December 15, 2026, the December 31 gala dinner is booked through guestrelations@palace.ch, rate on request; for reference, the GreenGo after-party on January 1, 2026 was CHF 400 per person, with nothing yet published for 2027. At Badrutt's Palace, the season runs from December 3, 2026 to March 30, 2027; the New Year's Eve program and rates appear from autumn onward, and December 31 sells out very far in advance. On Saint-Barthélemy, neither Eden Rock, where tables go first to hotel guests, nor Cheval Blanc St-Barth, whose multi-course dinner is paired with grands crus, publishes its prices; for Cheval Blanc, the island's guides advise booking 3 to 4 months ahead. The rule of the genre never changes: book early and ask the house itself for the rate.
